Prior to applying, please make sure to read our Application Policy.
Prior to screening, we must receive a $50 credit check fee and the following documentation:
Proof of Income from one or more of the following:
- Most current paycheck stub.
- A letter stating Government issued funds (i.e. Social Security).
- Proof of any monthly spousal or child support.
- 2-years tax returns for self-employed or independent contractors.
- *Cash is not verifiable income & letters from employers may not be used.
- Copy of valid Driver’s License or ID
- Copy of Social Security Card (or government issued document containing social security number)
